Walter Kitchen

Walter Lawrence Kitchen (born December 18, 1912 in Toronto , Ontario , † July 18, 1988 ) was a Canadian ice hockey player .

Career

Walter Kitchen began his career as a hockey player with the Toronto Marlboros , for which he was active from 1929 to 1933 in the junior league of the Ontario Hockey Association . In the 1933/34 season he ran in the senior division for the Toronto Torontos and Toronto British Consols. In the following years he also ran for the British Consols. At the 1936 Winter Games, he represented Canada as a guest player with the Port Arthur Bearcats. After the Winter Games, he was active in horse racing.

International

For Canada , Kitchen took part in the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen , where he and his team won the silver medal.
