Weston Creek is a borough of Canberra , the capital of Australia . It is 104.3 km² and includes eight districts with a total of 22,889 inhabitants (2003). All parts of the city were built between 1968 and 1971. In the west there was once the Stromlo Forest, a pine forest. However, this was destroyed in 2003 by extensive bush fires.
