Wichart von Roëll (born April 20, 1937 in Schwochow , Pyritz district ) is a German actor .
Life
He grew up in Kolberg . After completing school, von Roëll spent six years with merchant shipping and two years as a lighting technician at the Bavarian State Theater in Munich . After completing his acting training, he received theater engagements in Tübingen and Augsburg . He has been working as a freelance actor for theater, film, television and radio since 1971.
His best-known television role was that of "militant grandpa" in the WDR comedy series Klimbim , which was broadcast from 1973 to 1979. From 1989 to 1999 he presented the sketch series Kanal fatal on Bavarian television . Between 1989 and 1998 and again in 2017 he had a supporting role in the television series Lindenstrasse in the first . In 2004 he worked in the film Crazy Race 2 - Why the Wall Really fell as a Klimbim grandpa . From November 2010 to April 2011 was from Roell in the telenovela love of my life - Lena of ZDF in the lead role of Fritz Schubert to see. In the episode Wilsberg: Mundtot , broadcast in early March 2014 , he played a supporting role.
Today he lives in Recklinghausen .
