The today with outbuildings listed winemakers house is on a corner stone dated to the year 1748, while the initials are M P. to find. It was expanded in the first half of the 19th century. The adjacent farm building is dated in a keystone to the year 1914.

The small, single-storey building, erected on a south-facing vineyard site, has a tile-covered gable roof , there is a gable hatch towards the courtyard, and one gable is boarded up. There are outbuildings parallel to this.
