The economy Fachoberschule "Heinrich Kunter" , commonly known Handelsoberschule (HOB) in Bolzano (South Tyrol) is a five-year, maturation leading technical college for economy and law. The school was named after the Bolzano merchant and citizen Heinrich Kunter , who in 1314 had the Kuntersweg laid out through the then impassable Eisack Valley. At that time it was the fastest connection between Bozen and Brixen through the Eisack Valley and replaced the Kaiserweg, which led over the Renon.
Subject area
In the business school "Heinrich Kunter", formerly the commercial school (HOB) , the students choose one of four subjects when they enroll, and after two years they have the opportunity to switch to another subject. Business informatics can only be chosen from the 3rd grade onwards, whereby the number of students per year is limited to 24.
