Yanping
Yanping ( Chinese 延平区 , Pinyin Yánpíng Qū ) is a municipality in the prefecture -level city of Nanping in the Chinese province of Fujian . Yanping is the center of Nanping and is the seat of the city government.
Yanping has an area of 2,659.7 km² and approx. 490,200 inhabitants (end of 2003, only population with main residence in Yanping). Yanping has a gross domestic product of 6.8 billion yuan . The GDP per capita was 13,663 renminbi, above the average for Fujian Province .
Administrative structure
At the community level, Yanping is made up of six street districts, 13 large parishes and two parishes. These are:
