Zeudi Araya

Zeudi Araya (born February 10, 1951 in Dekemhare ) is an Eritrean actress and beauty queen who worked mainly in Italy .

Life

Araya is the daughter of an Eritrean politician and was hired as the niece of a diplomat in Rome for a commercial during a visit there. She had already become Miss Ethiopia in 1969 . She then made about ten films, many of them directed by their discoverer, Luigi Scattini . It appeared on the covers of many magazines and appeared in the Italian edition of Playboy in March 1974 . From the early 1980s, Araya, who was married to producer Franco Cristaldi until his death in 1992, focused on making films.

After her husband's death, she lives with director Massimo Spano , with whom she also has a son.
