Zlatan Muslimović (born March 6, 1981 in Banja Luka ) is a former Bosnian-Herzegovinian football player . He played in the position of the striker .
society
Muslimović began his career at the traditional Swedish club IFK Göteborg before moving to the Italian Serie A club Udinese Calcio for the 1999/00 season. Here he was unable to assert himself sustainably, which is why he was loaned to AC Perugia and later to AC Pistoiese after two relatively disappointing seasons . However, it was hardly used here either. From 2002 to 2003 he played on loan for Ascoli Calcio in Serie B, at the end of the season Muslimović moved again on loan, this time to the third-rate club Padova Calcio , where he was part of the regular formation in Italy for the first time, and he succeeded in the following season at Rimini Calcio , with 15 goals he was the top scorer of the C1 / A series. Which is why his next loan engagement led him to Serie A club FC Messina , where he played regularly and scored his first goals in Serie A. In the 2006/07 season, the Bosnian was loaned from Udinese Calcio to league rivals FC Parma , and a year later he moved to Atalanta Bergamo for half a million euros . In July 2008 he signed a three-year contract with the Greek first division club PAOK Thessaloniki . 2012 Zlatan Muslimović moved to the Chinese Super League to Guizhou Renhe
National team
He has already played a few games for the Bosnian U-21 team and has definitely chosen the Bosnian-Herzegovinian national football team (and thus against Sweden). On September 2, 2006, he netted twice in the European Championship qualification against Malta. On March 24, 2007, Muslimovic scored the 2-0 opening goal for Bosnia in the very important European Championship qualifier against the national team of Norway. On June 2, 2007, Zlatan Muslimovic equalized (1-1) in the game Bosnia-Herzegovina against Turkey. The game ended 3-2 for the Bosnian hosts and Muslimovic was one of the most important performers for Bosnia in this emotional duel. After 16 international matches, the striker has already scored 12 goals.
