David Goverde (born April 9, 1970) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He played 5 games in the National Hockey League with the Los Angeles Kings between 1991 and 1993. The rest of his career, which lasted from 1990 to 2004, was spent in various minor leagues.

Goverde was born in Toronto, Ontario. As a youth, he played in the 1983 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with the Toronto Young Nationals minor ice hockey team.[1]
