The Ministry of Ministry of Political and Public Affairs (MPPA, English Ministry of Political and Public Affairs ), by 2010 Ministry of Political and Presidential Affairs (in German about the Ministry of Political and presidential affairs ), the Ministry of Information of Sierra Leone . He has been chaired by Minister Foday Yumkella as a member of the Bio cabinet since May 4, 2018 .

The ministry is seen as the link between the state and the residents of the country, with a focus on peace and development. Three state agencies are subordinate to the MPPA:

  • African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM)
  • National Commission for Democracy (NCD)
  • Office of Diaspora Affairs; Management and repatriation of Sierra Leoneans from abroad to promote national development
