The Agreement on Trade in civil aircraft ( Engl. Agreement on Trade in Civil Aircraft on trade in large civil aircraft ) is an international multilateral agreements between parties to the World Trade Organization (WTO), the international trade in civil aircraft and their spare parts , as well as Devices for aerospace engineering.

In international trade policy , trade in civil aircraft is a contentious area. The Agreement on the Trade in Civil Aircraft was therefore negotiated within the framework of the Tokyo Round . It came into force on January 1, 1980 and has existed in the WTO since January 1, 1995 as a plurilateral agreement.
