Zika is the family name of the following people:
- Damouré Zika (1924–2009), Nigerien film actor
- Thomas Zika (* 1963), German photographer
- Wilhelm Zika (1905–1989), Austrian organ builder
Zika also refers to the Zika virus and the Zika fever it causes.
