.pa is the country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Panama . This top-level domain was registered with the IANA on May 25, 1994 and is technically administered by the Universidad Tecnologica de Panama.

Domains are assigned on both the first and second level. Most European registrars only offer their customers the assignment of .com.pa domains, which are only approved for use by companies . A .pa domain can be between three and 63 characters long, umlauts and other special characters are not possible. A .pa domain is usually connected within five days.
