The Lietuvos gretutinių teisių asociacija (AGATA) is a Lithuanian not-for-profit music collecting society based in Vilnius . It was founded in late 1999 and deals with the licensing and rights of Lithuanian music publishers and artists. Since 2002 she has been a member of the umbrella organizations AEPO-ARTIS and SCAPR. It also issues the ISR codes for the IFPI in Lithuania .

As of 2019, the association has 9,100 members.

administration

The general assembly, which takes place at least once a year, makes essential strategic decisions. In between, the association is headed by a team of five performers and five producers. This is chosen for four years by a meeting between music interpreters and producers. The current chairman is Domantas Razauskas. The four-member supervisory board is also divided equally and is elected by the general assembly. The administration of the association is carried out by the director.

Charts

AGAT publishes weekly music charts for singles and albums. The charts are based on data from the main streaming platforms in Lithuania.
