AW Architecture + Competitions (Architecture + Competitions) was an international themed booklet for architects, property developers, builders and students. The journal was published from 1939 to 2008 by Karl Krämer Verlag , Stuttgart. In each issue, exemplary, implemented buildings from Germany and abroad as well as current projects and competition designs were presented, each with a focus on building typology. AW Architecture + Competitions was published quarterly in two languages in German and English.
The publication was discontinued in December 2008 with issue 216 in view of the changed flow of information in tenders and architectural competitions due to the Internet.
