Ababeel

The Ababeel (German "Schwalbe") is a Pakistani medium-range missile capable of nuclear weapons .

According to the Pakistani Armed Forces press office, the missile has a range of 2,200 kilometers and a multiple warhead that can attack multiple targets at the same time. In the face of new missile defense systems in the region, it is intended to strengthen Pakistan's deterrent potential. The missile was successfully tested for the first time in early 2017.

It is believed that the missile was developed on the basis of the Sahin-II or the Sahin-III derived from the CSS-7 .
