Abbreviation and citation rules of the Austrian legal language and European legal sources

The AZR are in Austria the de facto standard for the correct spelling of abbreviations and references to legal texts.

The first edition in 1970 on behalf of the Austrian lawyers tags of Gerhard Friedl in Manz-Verlag issued, the subsequent editions by Gerhard Friedl and Herbert Loebenstein together. Since the sixth edition in 2008, the AZR has been edited by Peter Dax and Gerhard Hopf.
