Warning obligation

Warning duty is in the Association standards of the Swiss legal obligation given construction of the operator , ratios in the construction process that threaten or associated timely execution of the work, the construction management without delay display. This should be done in writing. Verbal reports are to be recorded. The entrepreneur has the same warning obligation if, while performing his work, he or she has to find out under certain circumstances that instructions given to him or changes to orders by the construction management are incorrect or that he is responsible (e.g. with regard to endangering or harming third parties), which he doesn't think he should be allowed to take over. If the entrepreneur violates this obligation, he himself is responsible for negative consequences; unless the construction management was demonstrably aware of the relevant circumstances even without notification .
