On-demand performance

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The on-demand service is a sub-case of the performance under civil law , whereby the obligee can request the debtor to perform on-call. This basically occurs in the law on contracts for work and services, where construction services are agreed according to the VOB . This retrieval is expressly regulated in Section 5 No. 2 VOB / B. However, this does not mean that the performance on demand for an indefinite period may be deferred. Failure to call up the services therefore entitles you to terminate according to Section 9 VOB / B.
