Absolute pressure sensor

An absolute pressure sensor (also known as an absolute pressure sensor ) is a pressure sensor that measures the absolute pressure, i.e. the pressure compared to a vacuum as a reference point. The absolute pressure measurement is chosen in order to eliminate the inaccuracies of the atmospheric pressure as a reference. This method is also the only way to measure the atmospheric pressure yourself.
