Ailes de Pigeon

As Ailes de Pigeon ( German: pigeon wing ), also known as Pistolet is called a ballet figure , with which one with his right foot jump off while the left leg in the air is thrown. In the air, the right leg hits the left calf. Then land on the left leg while stretching the right leg in the air. The process is repeated with the sides reversed in order to land again on the right leg with the left leg extended, the starting position.

A variant in football is played when the ball is picked up in the back of the player with the dorsal side of the calf and is deflected into the player's track.
