Field of activity

The company holds various sporting goods brands through its subsidiary Le Coq Sportif Holding SA . The traditional French brand Le Coq Sportif offers sport and leisure clothing. Airesis holds 82% of Le Coq Sportif . In 2013 the subsidiary Boards & More Holding SA was sold to the German investment company EMERAM Capital. The Boards & More division comprises the Fanatic, Ion and Duotone brands and specializes in windsurfing and kiteboarding in particular .

history

The company emerged in 2004 from the HPI Holding . This was taken over by a group of majority shareholders and fundamentally restructured in 2005. The business was focused on the sporting goods sector, the board of directors was partially changed, the company was renamed Airesis SA and subsequently all investments that were not part of the new core business were sold.

In 2005 Airesis acquired the French sporting goods manufacturer Le Coq Sportif, founded in 1882. The holdings and brands previously held by Airesis were combined in 2006 in Boards & More, which since then has been run as a second division alongside Le Coq Sportif.

In 2014 Airesis took over the ski manufacturer Movement.
