Alessandro Castaldo
Alessandro Castaldo is a former German football player .
career
He played for the Hamburg Pioneers from 1995 to 1997 and moved to the Hamburg Blue Devils in the Football Bundesliga in 1998 . Castaldo, who was used in defense, won the German championship in 2001, 2002 and 2003 and the Eurobowl in 1998 . In 2006 he left the Blue Devils and joined the Hamburg Huskies . In 2008 he was again a member of the Blue Devils squad, for the season he went back to the Hamburg Pioneers (Regionalliga).
As a coach, Castaldo was a member of the Hamburg Association's youth team in the late 1990s and mid-2000s, and in 2002 he also got involved in the youth work of the Hamburg Blue Devils. From 2016 to 2019 he worked for the Schwarzenbek Wolves as a defense coordinator.
