Orlowa started for the first time in December 2011 in the European Cup in Ruka and finished third. In the 2012/13 season she finished third and second in the European Cup, while she won her first European Cup victory in Chiesa in Valmalenco . At the Junior World Championships in 2013 at the same location, she won the bronze medal. She finished the season in second place in the Aerials discipline of the European Cup. After finishing second at the European Cup in Ruka at the beginning of the following season, she started the World Cup for the first time on January 10, 2014 in Deer Valley , finishing in 15th place. At the following World Cup in Val Saint-Côme she came in fifth place for the first time in the top ten. At the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi , she jumped to 20th place. In March 2014 she came in second place three times and first place once in the European Cup, winning the aerials discipline.
Orlowa won the silver medal at the 2014 Junior World Championships in Chiesa in Valmalenco. In the 2015/16 season , she made it into the top ten five times in six World Cup appearances. She reached her first World Cup podium with third place in Deer Valley and finished fourth in the Aerials World Cup at the end of the season. She won the silver medal at the 2016 Junior World Championships in Minsk . In the following season she reached eighth place in the World Cup with four top ten placements in the Aerials World Cup. At the season highlight, the 2017 World Championships in the Sierra Nevada , she finished 16th.
