Alexej Mittendorf

Alexej Mittendorf (born December 14, 1980 ) is a former German football player .

career

Mittendorf played from 1996 for the Düsseldorf Panther in the top German division GFL . In the meantime he was with the Panthers in the second division. The 1.90 meter tight end also played for Rhein Fire in the NFL Europe in 2006 .

As a member of the German national team, he won the 2005 World Games and European Champion in 2010. At the EM 2005 he won silver with the national team and was third at the 2003 and 2007 World Championships.

After the 2011 season, Mittendorf, who was studying to become a teacher in the subjects of sport and education at the Bergische Universität Wuppertal , ended his playing career.
