Anatoly Dmitrievich Schicharev
Anatoly Dmitrijewitsch Schicharjow ( Russian Анатолий Дмитриевич Жихарёв ; born July 5, 1956 in Protopopiwka (Derhatschi) , Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic ) is a Russian air force officer.
From 2009 to 2016, he was Lieutenant General in command of the long-distance air forces .
