The Hochkofler residence is a manor house in Graz , which is located near St. Martin Castle on the southern slope of the Buchkogel at Am Weinhang 15. It is surrounded by vineyards. Its history goes back to the year 1668.

According to an inscription, the building was built by Graz councilor Georg Faschang in 1668. In 1886 a renovation took place.

The manor house has a crested gable . The chimneys are from the construction period. The rusticated , stone arched gate is dated to the year 1668.

There are several profiled wooden beam ceilings on the upper floor of the building. Remnants of the original equipment such as steamed door leaves, window frames, furniture and paintings from the third quarter of the 17th century have been preserved on the upper floor. The rocaille wall paintings and painted canvas coverings (damaged) date from the third quarter of the 18th century.

The house chapel of the residence is on the upper floor. It has a profiled wooden beam ceiling. In the altar niche you can find Secco paintings from around 1780/85. The altarpiece with wooden sculptures was made in the third quarter of the 18th century. The holy water container, which is decorated with a relief of the lintel of the bridge of St. John Nepomuk , also dates from the same period .
