Apple divider
An apple slicer is a kitchen appliance for cutting and coring of apples . It removes the core of the apple in one step and divides the rest into eight equal pieces. The apple divider has a metal or plastic handle that holds the hands and gives them sufficient distance (and thus the necessary protection) from the sharp blades, which are usually made of stainless steel.
The apple divider can also be used to divide pineapple rings into even pieces.
