Aralēz

Aralēz (also Aṙlēz; from yarlez = "always tasty") is a good spirit from the group of Devs in Armenian mythology .

Aralēz appears in the form of a dog in battle with the wounded and heals them by licking their wounds. In this way, Aralēz can even bring the fallen back to life.
