Astridplein
The Astridplein (Astrid Square) is a square in the center of Antwerp . The Astridplein is home to major sights such as the zoo , Antwerp Central Station (Antwerpen-Centraal station) and the Koningin Elisabethzaal.
There are also several hotels on the square, the most famous of which is the Astrid Park Plazahotel.
Redesign
The Astridplein has been rebuilt in recent years. There is now an underground car park for cars and bicycle parking spaces under the square. There is also access to the Astrid and Diamant metro stations and the main train station.
