Atarsumki
Ataršumki (also Bar-Guš ) was king of Bit Agusi and son of Arames . Like his father, he opposed the Assyrian rule under Shamši-Adad V and Adad-nīrārī III. on. He incited his neighbors against the Assyrians until Adad-nirari III. around 796 BC BC subjugated the region in a campaign.
