Superstructures (building law)

Superstructures are z. B. the transportable garages or transportable huts located on a property that do not have to belong to the owner of the property . In the legal sense, it is movable property that is not an essential part of a property. In the case of a property transfer, they are not automatically transferred with the property, but must be transferred separately as a movable item.
