Order communication
Contract communication can be translated with advertising and public relations .
These large sub-areas of persuasive, i.e. interest-based, communication are two sides of the same coin in the age of mass communication. Order communication has a client, from the private sector or from public institutions, with clearly defined intended effects.
Advertising is usually interested in short-term communication goals, for example convincing the consumer to buy products. Public relations as commissioned communication is based on long-term goals, which primarily consist of presenting the client, his representatives and / or his products in a positive way to the public. What is important for this is the targeted acquisition of the media public, i.e. the print, TV, radio media and the Internet that are relevant for the client as a multiplier. The client hopes that this will have a positive influence and long-term loyalty to his target groups.
