Advance payment
In civil procedure law, the advance payment for expenses refers to the advance payment of a cash payment to the state treasury by the evidencing party (plaintiff or defendant) in order to secure any expenses incurred by a third party ( expert , witness , or others). The amount of the advance is determined by the court.
