Car-centered development

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Auto-centered, (independent) development is a development strategy concept that was originally located within the dependence theory and is largely identical to the developmental model of dissociation (decoupling) . It aims to build a viable economy that is based on the locally available resources and one's own strengths and capabilities (such as internal market orientation , self-reliance ).

Today, auto-centered development is to be understood as part of a comprehensive overall development strategy that takes into account the respective country-specific conditions.
