Avolon

Avolon is an aircraft leasing company based in Dublin . It was in 2010 by Domhnal Slattery, John Higgins, Dick Forsberg, Tom Ashe, Andy Cronin, Simon Hanson and Ed Riley with an initial capital of 1.4 billion US dollars founded. The financing of this amount was made possible by four investors. From 2010 to 2014, Avolon also incurred liabilities of $ 6.1 billion to a variety of banks. In 2017, the company entered the government bond markets and raised more than $ 9 billion in debt. The fleet currently consists of 908 aircraft, which are used by 153 airlines in 64 countries.
