B-Movie was a British band from Mansfield that existed from 1979 to 1985.

Career

The band's roots were in post-punk and new wave , later their style developed further towards synthpop . Its members were Steve Hovington (vocals), Paul Statham (guitar), Graham Boffey (drums) and Rick Holliday (keyboard). Her more significant singles included Remembrance Day and Nowhere Girl . Especially the song Nowhere Girl developed into a classic in German discotheques in the 1980s and 1990s. The band performed again in March 2006 at The Metro club in London. On September 18, 2010 the band made their first appearance in Germany in Plauen. Since 2012 the band has been on tour with new song material again.
