BNP Paribas Asset Management

BNP Paribas Asset Management is a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Group that was created on April 1, 2010 and merged the Group's previous asset management with Fortis Investment Management (FIM) , the international investment company of BNP Paribas Fortis .

In 2012 the company employed around 3,600 people in 60 branches in 40 countries. The assets under management increased from 72.7 billion euros in 2002 (Fortis Investment Management) to 492 billion euros by the end of 2011.

On October 20, 2015, Frédéric Janbon was appointed CEO .

The BNP Paribas L1 Multi-Asset Income Fund was launched on the German market in September 2015.
