The ball sports club 93 Magdeburg-Olvenstedt eV is a sports club from Magdeburg .
The BSV 93 Magdeburg was founded in 1993. During the GDR era, the club had its origins in the company sports association of the housing association, which was founded in 1979. The handball department comes from the company sports community of Empor Magdeburg. In 1983 two teams split off from Empor and went to BSG WBK. The women's team from BSV 93 Magdeburg entered the regional league in the 2009/10 season .
Further departments after the founding were football, volleyball, curling and gymnastics. The association is based in the Neu Olvenstedt district of Magdeburg .
