Bachir Maroun (born July 2, 1978 in Beirut ) is a German kick and Thai boxer of Lebanese descent. Since 2011 he has been world champion in Thai boxing - WKA (up to 70 kg).

Life

He has lived in Munich with his family since 1989. In 1990 Bachir Maroun started martial arts. In 1994 he was German Junior Champion (Taekwondo). This was followed by TSV Milbertshofen and the STEKO competition team. In addition to his sporting competition activities, he has been active as a personal trainer for classic boxing, kick and Thai boxing, as well as in the field of fitness since 2009.
