The Bank von Roll AG , based in Zurich is one of the asset management and investment advisory services for private and institutional specialized customer Swiss private bank .

The company was founded in December 2007 under the name “Von Roll Finanz AG” as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Von Roll industrial group. Initially, the company's primary purpose was to finance the Von Roll Holding AG group companies. However, this activity was never taken up. This stock shell was then used to found the «Bank von Roll AG».

In the course of the majority takeover by the von Finck family and the subsequent restructuring of the industrial group, the finance company was converted into a bank in January 2009 after receiving the banking license from the Federal Banking Commission . With the capital increase that took place at the same time, Bank von Roll AG was separated from the industrial group. Since then, the bank has been majority owned by August François von Finck , who is represented on the board of directors as its vice-chairman.
