The Beetham Tower (also Hilton Tower ) is a skyscraper in Manchester and at 169 m the tallest building in Great Britain outside of London . It was planned by the eponymous developer Beetham Organization under the project title 301 Deansgate , built from 2002 to 2004 and is also operated by them. It is characterized by its excessive glass front and the projection to four meters from the 23rd floor.

The Beetham Tower houses a Hilton Hotel up to the 23rd floor . From the 24th floor up there are apartments. The building is on one of the main streets in Manchester, Deansgate, and has the house numbers 301 to 303, Deansgate 301 being the address of the apartments and Deansgate 303 that of the hotel.
