Beaver tail (meteorology)
The beaver tail (English Beaver Tail or Beaver's Tail) is a meteorological phenomenon.
It is a special variant of the inflow band . The inflow band is flattened, flat and is reminiscent of the shape of a beaver's tail, hence the name. The clouds move with the updraft.
