Biterolf (poet)
Biterolf is a poorly attested German poet of the 13th century .
Rudolf von Ems mentions a Biterolf in his 'Alexander' as the author of a maere about Alexander the great and as a songwriter.
It is unclear whether Biterolf , who played a role as a poet in the Wartburg's Singing War, is identical to him.
