Black English (until 2014 NO ) is an American indie rock - band .

history

The band's founding members, Bradley Hanan Carter, Sean Stentz, Ryan Lallier, Michael Walker and Reese Richardson, knew each other from high school and formed the band NO together in 2010 . In 2013, Simon Oscroft joined the current line-up. In February 2014 they released their first album El Prado on the Canadian label Arts & Crafts , which was later renamed NO . In August 2014 the band renamed themselves to Black English . In 2015 they performed at the BottleRock Napa Valley music festival .
