Artist next to installation

Blackman in European Kitchen is the name of the work and the main character of the performance artist Emmanuel Eni .

Blackman in European Kitchen is essentially a poem that deals with an African who suddenly finds himself in a European kitchen. It is framed in performances and installations. Since the African was hungry, he has to cook because his hostess, a woman named Sabina, is celebrating her birthday with many invited guests. His observation of the kitchen as a big, shiny piano brought new ways to overcome his great challenge - the confrontation with the new kitchen, against his old world, results in the differences and similarities between different cultures.
