In automotive electronics, the body control unit is a technical term for a body control unit .

It controls and monitors various vehicle functions such as the electric windows , headlights and taillights , tire pressure or keyless access control .

Important manufacturers are Bosch , Continental , TRW , Denso , Hella , Delphi and various others.
