Boumfoum Game Reserve

The Boumfoum Wildlife Reserve (also Bofoum or Boufoum, English: Bofoum Wildlife Sanctuary) is an animal reserve without the status of a national park in Ghana in the Ashanti region . This reserve is located about 90 km north of Kumasi and can be reached by a paved road.

On the western borders of the Boumfoum Wildlife Reserve, the Kwamang Caves are about 3 km north of Kuwamu . The reserve is located on the northern hand side of the Mampong mountain range .

In addition to a species-rich and numerous animal world, the Bamfabiri waterfall can also be visited in this wildlife reserve .
