- the unofficial communities of Anklam , Heringsdorf , Pasewalk , Strasburg (Uckermark) and Ueckermünde
- the offices at Am Peenestrom , Am Stettiner Haff , Anklam-Land , Jarmen-Tutow , Lubmin , Löcknitz-Penkun , Peenetal / Loitz , Torgelow-Ferdinandshof , Uecker-Randow-Tal , Usedom-Nord , Usedom-Süd and Züssow

In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, the number of federal electoral districts was reduced from seven to six for the 2013 federal election. In this context, the constituency structure was fundamentally changed, particularly in the south-east of the state. The constituency Mecklenburgische Seenplatte I - Vorpommern-Greifswald II is made up of roughly half each area that belonged to the earlier constituencies 16 Greifswald - Demmin - Ostvorpommern and 18 Neubrandenburg - Mecklenburg-Strelitz - Uecker-Randow .
