The Chief Service Delivery Officer (CSDO) is usually responsible for IT service management and is mainly responsible for the provision of services in IT . This includes areas such as ITIL and ISO 20000 , organizational and procedural assurance of service provision and continuous improvement . The CSDO is responsible for the implementation, compliance and development of IT service management. This occupational category belongs to the top management area and often reports directly to the group management.
